Our work is made possible through partnerships with like-minded organisations dedicated to supporting the mental wellbeing of young people. These collaborations enable us to reach more families in need, signpost helpful support, conduct informative research and advocate for positive change in youth mental health.


Children & Young People’s Mental Health Coalition Member
We are a member of the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Coalition. We are working towards building a nation where positive mental health is promoted and early intervention practices are in place to secure mentally healthier futures for our children and young people.

National Suicide Prevention Alliance Member
We are a member of The National Suicide Prevention Alliance (NSPA). An alliance of public, private and voluntary organisations in England who care about suicide prevention and are willing to take individual and collective action to reduce suicide and support those bereaved or affected.

West Devon Borough Council
Funding from West Devon Brough Council enables us to deliver our assemblies and workshops in primary schools to support pupil mental health.

Jersey Recovery College
We are a course provider for Jersey Recovery College, an independent mental health charity supporting adults and children.

Caring Town Totnes
A key partner that funded a pilot of our Power2Parent programme and the development of a series of workshops building mental health resilience in local school children.

The Clothworkers’ Foundation
Provided a grant to improving our digital infrastructure – building a new website, upgrading our LMS, IT systems and software to improve digital delivery and scale our support for families in need.

Devon Recovery Learning Community
We are a provider for the Devon Recovery Learning Community, a Recovery College provided by Devon Partnership NHS Trust for mental health and wellbeing.

The National Lottery
Provided ‘Awards for All’ funding, enabling us to develop and run our Facebook Group supporting parents of young people struggling with mental health and self-harm.

People’s Postcode Trust
People’s Postcode Trust is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery. Our organisation received a large grant to support our work with parents of young people struggling with mental health and workshops in schools.

Livewell Foundation
The Livewell Foundation provided financial support to the YMHF to enable projects that will have a transformational effect on communities living in Plymouth and South West Devon by reducing social isolation, improving health and wellbeing, or preventing ill-health.

Northbrook Community Trust
Northbrook Community Trust funded us to deliver our Genius Workshops and provide mental health support to Special Education Needs (SEN) schools across Devon.

Devon Community Foundation
Funded us to deliver our assemblies and workshops to boost mental health resilience in primary school children in West Devon and South Hams.

Torbay Council
Provided funding to cover software costs for our Power2Parent support groups delivered via Zoom in Torbay.

Cornwall Community Foundation
Funded the delivery of our assemblies to build mental health resilience in primary school children in Cornwall

Teignbridge District Council
Several Councillors supported us with funding, enabling us to deliver assemblies and workshops in primary schools in Teignbridge.

Asda – U18 Better Starts Grant
Provided funding allowing us to deliver our assemblies and workshops in Newton Abbot, Devon.

Warburton’s Community Grants
Provided funding for the writing, editing, illustration and design of the workbooks used in our Power2Parent groups.

Focus Foundation
The Focus Foundation is a close partner and has provided funding enabling us to produce a new module of the Horizon Plan – our free online course for parents of children who struggle with mental health.

Plymouth Council
Provided funding enabling us to deliver assemblies and workshops in Plymouth schools and contributed towards the development of the Horizon Plan.

The Allen Lane Foundation
Provided funding enabling us to run a Power2Parent Support Group in Torbay, supporting families and young people struggling with mental health.

North Yard Community Trust
Provided funding which enabled us to deliver mental health support to Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Devon.

South Hams District Council
Provided funding which enabled us to deliver Genius Workshops in partnership with Totnes Rural Area Youth Engagement (TRAYE) Project to build mental health resilience in young people.

Magic Little Grants
Provided funding funding for the development of the Bonding Stage module of our free online course the Horizon Plan, which supports parents and carers to better support a child or young person struggling with mental health.
