A Message From Our Founders
Today, more young people are struggling with mental health than ever before. The pressures they face, such as academic stress, social media influences, and concerns about the future, can be overwhelming. It’s no surprise that we’re witnessing a rise in anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues among youth.
With services so overstretched, parents have become the front line in mental health care.
We know (and it’s been proven by studies) that our children have their best chance of recovery when we, their parents, play a central role supporting them.
We believe parents deserve respect and support throughout this critical time.

YMHF Vision
A world where young people have mental health resilience, and every parent has the knowledge, skills and confidence to support a child in crisis.

YMHF Mission
To empower parents to end
the youth mental health crisis
…one family at a time.

YMHF Values
We know the power of a loving, informed and supportive parent. At the core of everything we do are Christian principles and values.
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see,
that the oppressed will be set free”
Luke 4:18
